1) how can i order and pay for a product?
online ordering:
you can place an order online by clicking on the 'add to basket' buttons (next to the product you wish to order). when you are ready to checkout and pay for your order, please click on the 'view basket' button. you will then be transferred to our online payment page. all online transactions are handled safely and securely by paypal. we accept the following methods of payment:
telephone ordering:
alternatively, we are happy to accept orders over the telephone. please call us on 020 8993 2741, stating the item/s you wish to purchase. we are happy to accept cheques, products will be sent upon clearance of funds.
2) how long will it take before i receive my product?
orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
3) how much is postage and packing?
postage and packing is £ 1.50.
4) does my item include packaging?
yes, all items either come in a cellophance packaging, or are boxes (depending on your order).
5) can i return my product?
in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we are happy to refund them within 2 weeks of receipt. products must be returned in their original condition and proof of postage must be obtained from your local post office. please note: we are unable to refund you our postage costs.
6) can i sell your products through my shop/business?
